Who are Inthered?
We started Inthered to make proper red light therapy affordable at home. No overcomplicating it, no overcharging for it.
Will it give me a tan?
No. Red and near infrared light is non-UV, so it won't tan or burn your skin.
Does it hurt or get hot?
No. Most people feel a gentle warmth during a session, and the built-in fan keeps the panel cool and quiet.
When will I see results?
Some people feel more relaxed or less sore within the first few sessions. Changes in how your skin looks usually take 8 to 12 weeks of regular use.
How often should I use it?
10 to 20 minutes per area, 3 to 5 times a week. Consistency matters more than long sessions.
How far away should I sit or stand?
The getting started guide in the box shows the right distance for each area, so you can set up with confidence from day one.
Do I need anything else to get started?
No. Everything's in the box, including goggles, the door hanger and pulley, cables and a user manual.
Why only two wavelengths?
660nm red and 850nm near infrared are the two most studied wavelengths in red light therapy. Every LED on the ITR-EVO gives you both at full power, rather than spreading the output across extra wavelengths with less behind each one.
Can I link more panels?
Yes. Every ITR-EVO comes with an Expansion Plus connector and screws, so you can join more panels together as your setup grows.
Why do the NIR LEDs look off?
Near infrared at 850nm sits just outside what your eyes can see, so in NIR only mode the panel can look dim or even switched off. It's working. You might spot a faint red glow and feel some gentle warmth.
